Awakening

The serpent wants to awaken

It's teeth is a reminder

That healing is never without pain

From unprocessed emotions

That was easier to push away

Than to feel

The electrical current flows

Leaving my heart vulnerable

But through vulnerability

Is the garden of interconnectedness

Where love holds no stigma

And arousal is natural

I feel the tingling rise and fall like waves

My awareness expands until I see nearly the entire ocean that is me
