Pink butterflies

Admiration turns into desire,

A type of desire

That roots itself like a tree,

Not influenced by the artificial stimulation

Created by this world

But deeply buried in the heart

Where the pink butterflies with fluttering wings

Find their oasis

Your soul already knows

The womb listens

To what is verbally not said,

The tension,

The flood of emotions

Even the sensations your body

Responds to when your sexual fire

Opens another portal

To a dimension your soul already knows

But now you're not afraid

Of the murmuring

From those who never dared

To alchemize what lies on the other side

The darkness where your soul

Finds the golden keys,

The medicine,

Healing one step at a time

Empty void

The predator seeks out the prey

When the castle walls dry up like dead leaves

Yet the empty void exists

Between the desire to love

And the shine of a sword

That appears in my dreams

Preparing to kill

Knowing how the Divine Speaks

Swimming underwater

Not knowing the destination

But a part of my soul knows

Where to go to remember

The answers are found

In my own depths

Not in the depths of others

My soul desires to go where it's pure

Full of memories

I was never designed to forget

A place that once fully connected

To the heart

And I feel it in little increments

Whenever I feel the tears

Build in my eyes

Or when my heart

Would speak to me with a fluttering

That felt both ancient and mystical

My mind was quick to write the narrative

You're too sensitive for this world,

You're not like everyone else,

But my body continued to speak

In way that my soul felt seen

Without the ego

I let myself swim in the emotions

Without an explanation

Knowing the Divine speaks

In a delicate yet powerful way

Enough to make me see

How cosmically connected

The world is when we let go

Of the emotionless conditions

This world wanted to cover us with

It's not just the veil of illusion

But the veil of numbness

A seed planted for the Divine

That the ones ruling this planet

Wanted to kill

Because they know how our emotions

Keep us closely tied to God

My heart spread wide open

You remind me of the sunset,

The way the ocean glistened

To mirror the feelings I wanted to convey,

I quietly inched toward you

But the yearning grew

Until all I could hear was your voice,

Crying out in tones of ecstasy

For a moment I wanted possession over you,

The ice thawed

I saw your face

And my heart spread wide open

To where my mind felt like it was dangling

On a tightrope above monstrous flames
